Who We AreThe principals of the Vital Corporation are Dr. Richard Earle and Dr. John Marshall.
They have both been consulting in the corporate setting for over 25 years. They blend their unique insights with performance and people management skills to ensure the success of clients' corporately strategic objectives in competitive and turbulent business environments. Both are involved in on-going research in organizational and individual performance.
Richard Earle, Ph.D. has managed the workplace services of the Canadian Institute of Stress since 1980, assisting corporations in North America, Japan and Europe to “Make Change Successful, not Stressful”, the title of several of his multi-media publications for the international business community. His books and university lectures have been translated into French, Spanish, Japanese and Italian. Richard’s corporate consultancies span most fields in the private and public sectors. Via distance education, Dr. Earle trains workplace coaches and occupational health professionals globally who, in turn, prepare corporations, and the people who make them successful, in the vital skills essential to business success in the 21st century.
John Marshall, Ph.D. is the Chairman of the Self Management Group and President of The Self Management Resources Corporation and is a principal in the PLUS Corporation. John has a doctorate in Psychology from York University where he has also worked as an Associate Professor. Since 1980, he has developed and managed the Self Management Group to become one of the world’s leaders in performance management through profiling and training self managers. John has authored (and co-authored) several books on these subjects and consults on best practices in recruiting, selection and training.
